Looking for happiness

If you can not be at least a little happy with what you have now in a place where you are at this moment - you unfortunately can not see happiness in other places too.
You should work on yourself and fix, first of all, your inside world. Of course now you may think that that's precisely the absence of any goods, cars, yachts, jewelry, expensive things make you unhappy, but if you get them you will be happy.

No, this is a mistake. This is all the "false" moves which leads nowhere and simply entertain you illusive hope.

The pursuit of happiness, harmony and integrity and in the same time escape from suffering - very strong incentives any person. People shook from one extreme to another. Dissatisfaction, misery, lack of goals and aspirations on another side and money, sex, food, drugs, status, fame, religion, social ideas, power, parties, subculture on another. Rushing from one thing to another, but in the end, after a temporary satisfaction still come back to the starting point - to the suffering and frustration.

That is why religious charlatans are the most loyal among his flock of people unhappy, desperate, those who could not find themselves. These same people are the most diligent and zealous employees of corporations or drown their misery in permanent spending money, thrills, drugs.

Stop judge other people!

If you look for faults in others, you tune your mind on negative wave. This will trouble you, often unconsciously, you will be irritated, nervous. Your well-being will break and your health can get worse!

We often dream about the rest, the possibility of not to work.

Life is more interesting when we are involved in the more activity.  However, according to psychological research the less we are engaged, the more likely we get stuck on one particular activity. This is why the housewives more unhappy women than who work.

To be happy is not only difficult, but also simple :) In order to be happy, just need the inner desire and intention to be happy :)
No circumstances make a person happy, it's internal state.
Happiness - is not when there is no problem. When you are happy in life can happen and troubles and failures. However, a happy person understands that troubles and failures can be and take them not as obstacles but as jumps - to get a good push off!

How to be happy. Love Agape

The happiness - this is one of the greatest mysteries of mankind. Each of us is more than just try to be happy, and if not impossible - then convince yourself and others that there is no objective happiness in nature or everyone has it different. Hence the confusion - because unhappy people try to teach how to become happy based on their experience. One says - "The secret of happiness is..." another - "The essence of happiness is..." Everyone wants to find the secret of happiness... but not all are successful.
In fact, all people are not that different. We all need one for breathing - oxygen. And in order to be happy and make others happy we all need the same thing!

What is good - family faithfulness or free love?

I will pretend that I don't have my opinion yet :)

More difficult question: our target is happiness or satisfaction?
Ok, what is happiness? Why happiness is good? Why good is good :p ?
And finally what is our reason to live? :)

They say us now thеsе are unanswerable questions...

Lets think, first: "family faithfulness or free love" is the same question with what to choose happiness or satisfaction. We can see here that satisfaction and happiness is not the same and even looks like a kind of opposite things. If to be critical need to admit that this consectary is objective and comes from Christian (Muslim too) tales where satisfaction on Earth appears bad and causes stranglings after death. Why it can cause strangling - nobody hurry to answer us, yes..?

But even if happiness is good and satisfaction is bad, why good is good and bad is bad?
What does  make difference?

Here is Theological answer (I will pretend I don't know it) but let's avoid it now... But then we comes to a need of to have some axioms. Good is good and it supports life and happiness. Bad is bad and it drives to deaths, pain and struggling.
Happiness actually appeared in our axiom but indeed needs explanation. What is happiness. It's not just a life, obviously. I think it's Love... But how do you think? Put in comments, please!!!
