But still lets speak about our health!
Every one or almost every one who are from "polycyesis" community knows that every second article is linked with physical state. But after children birth they forget about health like - "ok, children were born and mother left alive thanks God for that and that's all". Now no more talk about mother's health but all about kids.
I think it's wrong. I'm not a doctor. I'm writing now just like a woman, wife and mother.
And even not a simple mom but "3rd level mom" :) because mine are already 3 years old.
I have friends who are women of my age with kids about my kid's age. I started to notice that they all starting to complain on their physical feeling: many of them telling that back hearts which still was not healed after kid's born. And what costs hours of carrying babies on arms and what about of not lightweight stroller for multiple babies? It does not help for your back at all. To one of my friends doctor said that the only medicine which can help her is just to have some rest.

And girls, to have a rest it's what we need like an air!
But many of us don't like to speak about that. The same me, I will not list here my health problems here. All we have our own weak places. I want to say a different thing. Let's just remember about our own health not just about kids. They don't need this sacrifice but opposite they need a healthy mother. Because did you think what a mother your kids will have when grow up. Not now when they even can not speak but already soon when a little bit older they would like to see their mother to be healthy and beautiful :)
No?
Yes, I tell you! A mother is also a human! lol :D
And she needs rest and attention. But most of all, we do drive ourselves into a crazy rhythm and a bunch of "very important business." You want to make sure, or the world will cease to exist :) And how much it really important?
You care about your health! Your children and husband need your healthy . And if you need time for yourself, get it!
