By simple words, our mind generally consist of two parts: conscious and subconscious.
Consciousness is controlled by the will, it sets out the objectives, think abstractly, tied to time and operates short-term (about 20 seconds) memory. The conscious mind is usually handles about 2,000 bits of information per second. This allows you to think no more than about one thing - the three events at the same time.
In contrast to the conscious, subconscious thinking process about 4 billion bits of information per second. For its operation involved long-term memory (values, beliefs, attitudes, past experience). The subconscious mind is not tied to the time it takes the information literally.
Very important idea here is that if the goals set by the consciousness, are not consistent with the settings subconscious victory for the management of human behavior wins the subconscious.
