How to be happy. Love Agape

The happiness - this is one of the greatest mysteries of mankind. Each of us is more than just try to be happy, and if not impossible - then convince yourself and others that there is no objective happiness in nature or everyone has it different. Hence the confusion - because unhappy people try to teach how to become happy based on their experience. One says - "The secret of happiness is..." another - "The essence of happiness is..." Everyone wants to find the secret of happiness... but not all are successful.
In fact, all people are not that different. We all need one for breathing - oxygen. And in order to be happy and make others happy we all need the same thing!
True Happiness can be brought only by True Love. But nowadays they call Love so many different things. So, what is love needs additional explanation. Greeks had a lot of words to describe love. The Love which gives true happiness and meaning for the life is called Agape. That's why we can describe true happiness very certain.
Satisfaction is not Happiness.  Success, the pursuit of some kind of material goods - it's all selfish goals and activities. Modern media and advertising impose the illusion of society, "you'd be happy if and only if you are certain material goods." But real happiness comes unlikely to obtain these benefits.
True Happiness can not be built on selfishness. "I'm so good, so positive, but for some reason nobody loves me? Why, though because I'm so positive? "It is evident that she was a little on yourself loops. The person in this example does not want to love and wants to be loved. It does not work.
That's the whole point of Agape. To give and not wait for you to give. When you give, you try to help someone, you are filled with a sense of love, a sincere compassion for others a sense of light. And when your soul is empty, and you expect that you will fill the surrounding love, and you can be left with nothing but resentment and frustration.
And finally Love is NOT Happiness itself! Indeed Agape means ability to sacrifice your everything  and even your life...
Nothing higher and more powerful then Agape. Agape in a person of our Lord conquered even death...!
